Betty Francisco is an entrepreneur, business executive, attorney and community leader. She is known as a powerful convener and changemaker, unapologetic about creating visibility for Latinx and POC leaders. The Boston Business Journal named Betty as one of the 2020 Power 50 – Extraordinary Year Extraordinary People, and in 2018, Boston Magazine named her as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Boston. Betty is currently the General Counsel at Compass Working Capital, co-founder of the Investors of Color Network (ICN), an angel investor with Pipeline Angels and Portfolia, and the co-founder and board chair of Amplify Latinx / Latina Circle.

Izzy is the Cofounder of Conscious Customers, a startup providing the strategy and connections to help clients place Black and Latin-owned businesses at the center of their purchasing and procurement. Izzy brings deep insights from her experience creating the first ever Black and Latin-owned business purchasing program for a global company’s top performing division. Izzy holds a Bachelor’s in Managerial Economics from Bentley University and received a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. 

Andreina Viera is an administrative professional and business aficionado, committed to creating solutions for businesses and enabling growth in professional settings. 

In her role as the CEO of The Vieras, Andreina, is a connector of people, ideas, and professional development helping businesses increase their margin while decreasing their liabilities. Andreina saves her clients millions in operational pivots while providing their back-office support in the specialized areas of Accounting, Administration, HR, IT, Marketing, and Safety & Environmental Services. The Vieras is the one-stop-shop for any size business.

Danielle is a Community Manager overseeing WeWork Boston’s 200 Portland and One Beacon locations and has a background in customer experience and operations at companies such as Wayfair, Viacom and Lord & Taylor. Danielle is also in the process of launching a swim solutions company, and the flagship product is a turban-styled swim cap that is both hair-volume and texture inclusive. Danielle has a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from IESE Business School.
